You always see L pulling around Light in the manga, but... I think Light is the one who wants to do the pulling. Of course, he was far too submissive when handcuffed up (how come everything I say sounds naughty?)

I almost always draw Light-kun sparkling. Dunno why. 'Kira-Kira...' nee-hee-hee. <3
