Tsuki is just another way to spell 'Light' (Raito) in kanji. It's not a common name for a boy (is it?) but considering his parents names (I mean, his father's name is only one letter) it fits.
Light is the mother. Because Kira has a vagina.
This isn't mature content, but it contains yaoi jokes. If you can't take a little male pregnancy joke, you better butch up a little because the real world is gonna eat you alive... I mean, there are pregnant male serial killers and detectives EVERYWHERE out there; so better get used to it sooner than later!
(Seriously though, this is just a gag strip. I don't mean to offend you delicate people, but if you don't like; go somewhere else.)
